Cancer Exercise Specialist & Clinical Exercise Physiologist
Hi, I’m JC,
Founder of OncoloFit and your oncology exercise physiologist.
In your health and fitness journey, my goal is to be with you every step of the way and help you see the results you want to see.
Whether you are in or out of treatment, I want to help improve your health as you recover from cancer.
While your doctor is there to fight your cancer, I am here to help you improve your lifestyle so that hopefully you never have to worry about cancer again.
Cancer treatment can increase your risk of a second cancer, cause muscle loss, decrease your chances of survival, and the fat gained around your waist after cancer treatment is also associated with increased risk of 13 different cancers.
But what no one tells you is that fatigue can stay with you even years after cancer.
And that’s why I’m here for you—to help you get rid of all the "guesswork" and confusion that comes with life during and after cancer so that you can feel confident in your health & fitness journey.
ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH:
Stiffness, tightness, and constant aches and pains?
Weight gain and/or stubborn belly fat?
Medication that has impacted how your body feels?
Loss of muscle and muscle weakness?
Tiredness and constant fatigue?
Confidence in your own skin?
Fear of developing a second cancer?

Both exercise and cancer treatment require different phasing.
Every cancer treatment has a niche focus on how it fights cancer, and in turn, has specific side effects.
So, your exercise should focus on targeting those side effects with exercise. Our programs are designed for your treatment schedule and keep you in mind through every phase of treatment and survivorship.
